  1. Returns:

When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.

  • You have 7-10 business  days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods.
  1. Return Process:

  1. Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  1. Refunds:
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  1. Exchanges:
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at avachang7788@outlook.com.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or the option to choose a different item.
  1. Sale Items:
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. Gifts:
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

            Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds:
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at avachang7788@outlook.com.
